Default Puerto Rican Recipe from Martha Stewart

My Mum asked me about it, something that has coconut in it. But I can't find it, and have NO idea what it's called. It was a while back, in the last two months, but most likely in June. Can anyone link me to it? Or give me the name of it? It would be greatly appreciated.

[I googled, couldn't find it]

Is it a cake, drink or custard recipe? The Tembleque with Mango-Kumquat Relish contains coconut milk

If you go to the marthastewart.com site, search under "puerto rican, coconut" -- the search yields a number of links... there was a Latin Food Show episode too.
