Default Peanut Butter Cookies with only 3 ingredients

These are so good and easy, you have to try these no flour cookies!

1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg

Combine in a bowl, mix. Roll about a teaspoon of dough into a ball, place on a greased cookie sheet. Press the ball down lightly with a fork if you like. Bake for about ten minutes at 350 degrees.

I love them! Fiance likes it when I sprinkle a little sugar on them when they're fresh out of the oven. I like them sans the extra sugar after they've cooled down a bit.

I have made these for about a year now but with splenda instead of sugar only because I don't eat sugar.. they are yummy and can get fattening but have a lot of protein too!

I use about 2/3 the sugar called for in this recipe (I learned about it in college) because it can be really sweet. However, I must say, it's easy and delicious!
