EVON's has an a little shop in their distrbution center for wholesale spices, nuts and chocolate. Filberts are going on top of the list this week ! The way my son goes thru Nutella, this might be worth a shot. I like that we can adjust the sugar. I've made nut butters before~there's nothing to it.
