Well Miss Sunshine, you Inspired me to try these things, and they are very good! The 220 calories is for both of them, I don't remember the sugar exactly, but it was low enough for me to eat them, it is mostly in the dressing, I think, and there is just a little bit of that. I was bad and didn't test 2 hours after eating them, I will next time.

I Enhanced mine with some chopped up chiles, those tiny ones from Thailand or India, next time I will try them with tomatillo and jalapeno salsa instead of the dressing.

You could also put some chimol (chopped up tomato and onion) and lettuce and mayonnaise, I think they have a lot of potential for variations!

Have you tried the other flavors? I had been a little skittish about them, but you gave me courage, and now I am curious!

Thank You!

Oooh, I will have to try these! They sound yummy!

Megs (or anyone!), is there a certain brand of edamame you buy? I have tried a few and they don't taste as good as what I usually get when I go out. :(

^^^ I find its easier to just buy it from a japanese restaurant - cheaper, and more convenient. The boxed edamame isn't as good from a grocery store, and they don't give you much more than my local japanese restaurant gives me for $3.00. If you wanted to, you could freeze the edamame from a japanese restaurant and re-steam it.
