Thumbs up Mary's Gone Crackers...great gluten-free crackers!

I'm dipping a toe into the gluten free lifestyle as inspired by my bro and SIL and their kids. These crackers are amazing and very flavorful...great with fresh salsa or just on their own! I've found them at Whole Foods and PCC...probably in many other places as well.

This is good to know. Lately I've been wondering if I have an allergy to wheat products. I'm going to give these a try. If you come across anything else gluten-free that tastes good, please let us know!

^^ Hi Leelee! OK, so far I've also found Lundberg sea salt rice chips:

and...Mrs. Leepers rice spaghetti!

I was worried the pasta would taste like an old brown paper bag, LOL. So, I let it cool a bit and tossed it with some fresh salsa I made myself (I'm OBSESSED with this nowadays...tomatoes, garlic, chipotle powder, peppers, shallots or onions) and a little cilantro pesto (store bought...not dairy free but it's amazing). I wanted something with a little snap to counteract the pasta taste and it was GREAT!!

Many thanks Pursegrrrl! On my way to Whole Foods today and have added these things to my shopping list. Glad you have found things that work with your new eating plan and thanks again for sharing!
