I know you are all dying to know that the menu has been planned! And I didn't have to decide a thing, except for the appetizers!! I threw the responsiblity on them, and they happily took the reigns.

Appetizers:
Mushrooms
Calamari

Salad:
Caprese
Ceasar

Pasta:
Shrimp Arabiatta
Veal Ravioli

Entrees:
Chicken Marsala
beef tenderloin with Portabellas and garlic mash

Dessert:
Undecided

I've been to the Maggianos on flw in Scottsdale, and the Calamari and the Caprese salad are really good. The Creme Brulee is also really good. Congrats on graduating!

I always get the fresh fish dish that they are serving for the day.

My DH loves the Rigatoni D. It is also a big favorite of the Maggiano's staff.
