I would look in middle eastern/ halal stores or even those that sell Kosher goods. If they do not sell them they may be able to point you in the right direction. I live in the middle east and there are a variety of marshmallows sold here and im pretty sure a lot are brought in from the US - so you should be able to find them there. Off the top of my head I cant think of any of the US brands. I do know they sell Haribo marshmallows maybe you can try looking for those. A quick google search came up with a bunch of sites that sell halal sweets and marshmallows that you can order from online. HTH.
