I love my new toys!

I went to bed, bath, and beyond yesterday and ended up with some delightful new toys for myself! I'm into tea and coffee big time - I had my first cappuccino when I was 3 and wouldn't share it with anyone. I got a great new tea infuser and a bodum electric kettle! Thanks mom!

I would like to get myself a french press, too. One of my tea-drinking friends wanted a good travel mug for loose-leaf tea and I found that bodum makes one too. Coffee brewed with a french press is supposed to be more flavorful, apparently. Anyone have experience with them?

I won't drink tea out of a bag. YUCK. I like the loose much better. I use bodlum infusers. There is also a swiss brand that I just love... I forget the name and i'm not at home so I can't check but it's the best. SwissGold, that's it. They make the best infusers.

I was given this fancy tea "maker" at my friends wedding shower. I have never used it, I should try it. Your toys are very chick looking, I like them.

I have a French press. I think it looks very cool.

I don't like coffee but not having super good coffee to serve to friends when they come over is a serious social offense in WA.

My friends say they love coffee made with my French press. They say it comes out stronger.

You can also use a French press to make tea with loose tea leaves. Just be certain to use a different. Coffee leaves a strong taste on the glass that ruins the flavor of tea made in the same press.
