After 5 day and night by SO bedside at the hospital, we are finally home and indulging in some delicious Vietnamese food ordered from one of our favorite restaurant. There's not an English name for it but in Vietnamese it's called "Canh Chua Ca Ko To"

She added coconut flakes instead of nuts since she's allergic and it was delicious! Enjoy!

My DH and I were running some errands, but we stopped by this awesome restaurant. While DH dined on the steak & fries, I indulged in their burger. I had this juicy swiss and bacon burger...
