Default How would you cook this?

Small salmon fillets already marinated in butter, lemon, and dill.

I could grill, bake, sautee, etc. I just don't know which method would be best.

Thank you!

I'd put it in an envelope made of parchment or foil and toss in a couple of thinly sliced veggies and a slice of lemon on top of the fish and bake at 375-400 for 15 minutes or so.

I'd grill or broil. I broil just about everything it's so easy!

thanks again everyone! I ended up baking it in foil packets (no parchment). the fish turned out nicely done but the seasonings that the grocery store used were just...off. not enough lemon (and we didn't have any here dangit!) and maybe too much dill. i don't know. i'll stick to marinating it myself next time.
