Damn! If that really works (and I will be trying this tonight, yeah, clearly I need to get a life), but, it will do away with lots of cursing around here My dh was notorious for flipping out when the shells stuck to all of his hb eggs!

what a neat way to take off the shell! it's not really troublesome for me to peel though. lol
