How many likes oyster?

Like..raw ones with a bit of lemon on?

I tried it and I did not like it. And I LOVE seafood/fish/sushi. But this was not for me.

Or maybe you have some tip on how to make it yummy?

IMO it tasted like ocean.

I love raw oysters on crackers with a little bit of cocktail sauce. Yum! I'm not a huge fan of them plain though... they tend to taste a little metal-y (is that a word?) to me.

Fried oysters are TDF and a special once a year treat for me. DH likes them raw, but not me.

Oysters Rockefeller is really good if you're squeamish about trying raw oysters. I like raw oysters sometimes, but they have to be just right with the correct kind of sauce.

I love oysters! I love oysters raw, or mornay style, or even better: in a shot with rum, tabasco sauce, tomato juice and some basil.

Lemon and ground pepper is classic. Heinz and horseradish overpowers the taste imo. The key to oysters is freshness
