Default How do YOU take your coffee....

Me, gave up the expensive lattes....

But I found a way to make them almost as good. No, I can't bother with one of those milk steaming/espresso machines.

I bought an Aerolatte, sorry I am photo ignorant...
http://www.laprimashops.com/aerolatt...FSoZagodFEOPtQ

I microwave 1/3 of a mug of milk, then I froth this for about 30 seconds....pour my coffee, little sugar...and voila! better foam than i ever had at a starbucks, and for me it is all about the foam! Yum, I am all caffeinated as we speak!

how do you take your coffee?

I am not a big coffee drinker, so I don't make it at home. When I do order it though, I always get skim milk and splenda in a regular coffee or latte.

Every work day - xlrg dunkins w/skim milk & 3 splenda

Black with a tiny bit of splenda sometimes. They sell those milk foamers at IKEA as well. I have my own espresso at home plus I am a ASM at starbucks so I have little problems getting my fill.

Some of my starbucks faves are

Quad Iced Venti Vanilla Soy Light Ice Latte
Blended lemonade
Quad Iced Grande 1 Splenda Americano
Venti Ice Brewed Coffee
Iced Double Tall Mint Choclate Soy Latte
Double Short Carmel Machiatto
Quad Espresso
Quad Espresso Con Pana

My fave brews (typically french pressed) are Kenya, Eithipio Sidamo, Organic Sumatra Peru, Sumatra, Kopelani Blend, and my AB FAVE is Arabian Mocha Sinnani!

I have one of those little Aerolattes, it works pretty well. I bought it when I bought my AeroPress. The AeroPress is a weird little plastic plunger, that makes the best, smoothest coffee. I don't use it much since I got my espresso machine, but when I go on vacation I will take it with me....

I like it with cream or milk, no sugar. I'm actually not a fan of fancy coffee house drinks.. I like plain cheap coffee from Dunkin Donuts or Wawa better.

I like mine w/ fat free half&half or milk w/ splenda...or depending on what mood I'm in...sometimes I'll skip the splenda.

I like it strong (but not French Roast) and used to use regular half-n-half, but switched to nonfat H&H when dieting. Lately I have switched to tea.

When I do have coffee with real cream at a firnd's for holiday or special dinner, ooooooh it is so delicious it is like dessert! (I used to have a little coffee with my half n half, LOL) Lotsa calories!! Bad!

I miss it. (sigh)

I love coffee. I take mine with a little bit of plain coffee mate. I cannot drink coffee with sugar or flavored creamer. Stuff that's too sweet makes me nauseous.

I love my coffee strong like a New Orleans coffee with a little half and half. It makes me step high for several hours.
