Default Good website for sorbet recipes

My old sorbet / ice cream maker died. So I just got a new Cuisinart one.

I love sorbet. And it is non-fat! My favorite is made with fresh tangerine juice, simple syrup, and a dash of Campari near the end of the freeze process.

Here is a great website for lots of sorbet recipes.

I also like using the sorbet / ice cream maker to turn Paul Newman's Lemonade into lemon slushie. Perfect for hot days.

Bon appetit!

I love chocolate sorbet but I don't make it I buy it. Delish and fairly low in cals (well compared to full fat ice cream).
