Roti is also a west indian meal. only you stuff the roti with chicken, fish (gross) or beef. soooo good!

Default Asian food

Asian food (or my mom's cooking) is what I eat when I don't eat fast food. Fast food is so not good for me.

I have some recipes in my ehow articles (my mom's recipes) of Asian foods. see below in my signature.

I have too many favourite Asian comfort food dishes: Many of them are Filipino (since that is my nationality).

Filipino food: Chicken Adobo, Palabok, Pancit, lumpia shanghai, Sinigang, longanisa.
Filipino desserts: Brazo De Mercedes, Ginataan, Cassava Cake w/Shredded Buko, Kutsinta.

Other Asian Foods: Pho, Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Pad Thai, Mango Salad, Coconut Buns, Pork Bun, Korean BBQ Short Ribs, sushi, Pork Fried Rice, Cantonese Chow Mein, Shrimp Shu Mai, Shrimp Hargow, Wonton Soup, Beef w/Black Bean Sauce.

I love Chicken Katsu. YUMYUMYUM. And, I also love Chicken Katsu Rolls (like Sushi, but with Katsu in the middle, and sachsimi on the outside) not really comfort foods, as they aren't quick and easy, but I start to crave these items after a couple of days of having last eaten them!
