Ok, how about this- if any of you need cupcakes for a wedding or star-studded event (especially if Oprah is going to be there), and you want to fly me in to bake them (preferably somewhere warm, like her Hawaii estate), I'll totally do it!:)

I just had to share my good news with you guys- my best friend/business partner and I are going to be interviewed on the local Fox morning show next month about our cupcake business!! They want us to bring Christmas cupcake samples, and talk about our business. I can't believe it!! What the heck should I wear??:)

Anyone seen the commercial for Big Top Cupcake? It's ridiculous! It's an infomercial for a mold that you can buy that makes giant cupcakes (I think they said 25X bigger than a standard cupcake, which means it's about the size of a cake). Doesn't this defeat the purpose of the cupcake? I mean, the appeal of the cupcake is that they are individual cakes, so why on earth would you want to make a cake-sized cupcake? I guess I just don't get it.

OMG!!! Yes! I've seen it and it's kinda... freaky. LOL! I asked my 6 yr old if he wanted one of those for his birthday and he was like, umm, it's bigger than me, mom! OK, I guess it looked that gigantic to him on TV. LOL!

Vhdos- I have one of the cupcake pans from williams and sonoma because I thought it would be interesting to see how it turned out. I love anything cupcake related and it is pretty cute. It took forever to make and I went to bed and let my roommate decorate it. Here is a picture of it.

It's cute, yes, but I still think that it defeats the whole purpose of the cupcake.
