I definitely prefer them without sugar. I don't eat dried fruit alone, but I will toss cranberries in my oatmeal and oatmeal cookies. I use other dried fruit in baking as well.

I get mine from Lehman's Orchard, they have the best dried cranberries I have tasted.

I love dried fruit, particularly pineapple and papaya, mmm!

Question:

Are these healthy at all? Do they retain any nutritional value?

Or are they really sugary? even without added sugar?

Trader Joe's dried plaintains taste JUST LIKE POTATO CHIPS. It's freaky. They're delicious!
