It's so... bland.

Now, I could see thin sliced ham, a cheddar cheese, heirloom or just picked today tomato, and wasabi mayonaise on chibata or a rustic wheat bread.

No white bread for me! My husband hates mayo but loves a good ham sandwich. Me I prefer mayo but know mustard is lower in fat ands calories... but then again I try to avoid meat at lunch.
