Default Do you like steak and how do you like it done?

steak is quite possibly one of my favorite foods. for me, the perfect prime dry-aged rib-eye cut, seasoned, and seared perfectly to medium-rare is absolutely delicious. sauce isn't really necessary but i generally pair it with peter luger steak sauce.

I love steak, and I know this is sacrilegious to beef lovers, but it has to be well-done or have only the faintest bit of pink inside.

I don't use steak sauce much, but I do like to sprinkle a few gorgonzola crumbles on it. Yum!

I love my filet cuts & prime rib rare, and with horseradish. My ribeyes & NY strips I prefer medium rare. No sauce needed if it's seasoned & cooked right!

Another love is venison steak. I hunt and eat everything I harvest. My favorite way to prepare venison tenderloin is to marinate overnight in a good cabernet & orange juice, with some minced garlic & seasonings. Then cut into chunks, bacon wrap and grill to medium. Very tasty!

It depends on the cut of meat. If it's filet, then I like it rare, if it's anything else, then medium rare. I love tartare too!

medium-well to well, preferably with a cream-based sauce with mushroom, onions and peppers.

I don't eat it often, but I like it medium rare. I don't like burgers well done either- medium is perfect for me!

I second that except never had tartare... so I don't know if I would like it.

I like mine medium-well done in general... But if I'm ordering my favorite cut of steak (filet) I usually get it medium.

since most steak "connoisseurs" recommend medium rare on a good quality steak, that's what i got the first time i had steak. i think it was the right choice for me - anything else now does not taste good. my SO is insanely addicted to steak - asks me every night if i want him to grill some steaks so now i'm tired of em!
