I'm not a huge fan of red meat. When I do eat steak, I prefer it medium rare.

I try not to eat it too often, (need to work on my cholesterol) but I love it Black and Blue, sometimes called Pittsburgh style (black on the outside, rare on the inside). I find it hard to make it that way at home. At home I like it alllllmost medium rare, a little to the rare side.

I love steak! I don't eat it too often, but when I do, it's always medium. I really want to go to Ruth Chris's soon!
