Here's one of my favorite marinades for steak:

3/4 cup orange juice
1/3 cup good cabernet wine
1/2 cup Stubb's beef marinade
liberal splash each of soy & worcestershire
a couple of cloves minced garlic

before I marinate, I season & tenderize my steaks well

I use:
Adolph's tenderizer
Nature's Seasons
Garlic pepper
Montreal steak seasoning
Stubb's rosemary & garlic rub

Season well overnight or at least an hour, then marinate. Reserve a little marinade seperately to brush on steaks while grilling. Mmmmm!

I haven't had steak in months, but when I do, I like it Black and Blue.
Also it must have Hy's seasoning on it, otherwise my steak won't seem "right" to me.
