Ok, ladies. I'll admit that sometimes I have some salad with my dressing (and you know what I'm talking about!). Are you always good about how much dressing you put on your salad or are you sometimes naughty as well?

I don't like too much dressing in my salad so I guess it's a salad with some dressing here

I have salad with a little oil and vinegar dressing - for me dousing it with heavy cream dressing ruins a healthy dish.

Just a little dressing for a lot of salad. I'd rather have cheese, nuts, croutons and a touch of dressing instead of just dressing!

I'm a dressing on the side, fork-dipping kind of girl myself. Sometimes I don't eat dressing at all, it depends on my mood. It's not an aversion to calories, I just hate soggy lettuce!

Salad with dressing. I don't like drowning my salad in dressing....it ruins it for me. I do like lots of Ranch dressing, and cheese on my baked potato's though...yummy.

ummm yea.... i have a little bit of salad with my dressing :)

there's a deli near my work that used to have the best salad lady. they toss the salads in dressing for you and and she totally understood my love of dressing.

one of my friends keeps telling me that i need to have the dressing on the side and dip the lettuce in the dressing instead of pouring it on.... but i dunno... seems like too much work lol

I love really crunchy lettuce. I love a lot of texture in my food.
What I will do is marinate my tomatoes, cucumbers and other veggies in a vinegrette or dressing. Then I toss those into my lettuce, croutons, and fruit. Then only put a bit of aged basalmic on the salad.
When I order a salad, I ask for dressing on the side.

I use very little dressing. If I am out I ask for it on the side and then just dip my fork first.

This is exactly what I do. I love ranch dressing, but just a little bit of it.
