Your creme brulee looks delish.
It's my favorite dessert of all time but neither my mum nor I can seem to make it.

Do you happen to have a recipe?

I am currently a Pâtisserie & Baking student and therefore love to bake! I thought it would be a fun idea to post pictures of desserts we've recently made! This way we can see everybody's lovely creations!

(I know there's a 'what are you cooking tonight' thread, but hopefully not a thread that is dedicated just to desserts already. I've checked & checked again.)

So with that said, it's time for some treats!

I will start off with just a few that I've recently made:

- Genoise Mousseline with raspberry filling and crushed chocolate on the side. Raspberries & blackberries on top with drizzled chocolate.

- Fruit Tart with raspberries, blackberries, blueberries & star fruit.

- Tart Au Chocolate

I am SO jealous that you are a baking student. That would be my ultimate dream (unfortunately due to old fashioned parents, I am forced to study science!) I am a constant baker: I bake when I am happy, sad, bored, hungry

Your creations looks so yummy and very professional. Have you tried any recipes by David Lebovitz? I got his dessert recipe book for Christmas and there are some amazing and interesting ideas in there.

When my exams are over, I will post some of mine (although they will not look nearly as great as yours!)

Btw Sloane_Ranger, if you find the idea of making creme brulees a little daunting, I found this recipe by Nigella Lawson, which is pretty fool-proof and great for making a basic creme brulee

Yes, I do have the recipe & I will get it to you as soon as I look in my binder!

Thanks!
As far as trying recipes from him I have not, I will have to check out the book.
Seeing as how you love baking you could always do something with it on the side.
