Cracker Pairing Suggestions Please!

So I've the tried the following:
w/ cream cheese and jam
w/ hummus and chicken
w/ tuna salad
w/ goat cheese

Any other creative and healthy creations you might have/tried/thought of?

Oooh, I don't know how healthy it is, but have you tried it with jalapeno jelly? MMMMM!

I like crackers with peanut butter or pb&j.

I also make chicken salad with: rotisserie chicken, red onion, roasted garlic, kalamata olives and a tiny bit of mayo. It's fabulous on whole wheat crackers!

try light philly garden vegetable cream cheese with red. fat triscuits--so good!

My favorite is with crab and avocado salad - fresh crab, avos, lemon juice, pepper, capers, tomato, onion. And if you're serving it, it looks good in a half avocado. Soooo good!

I love LF Wheat Thins and Harry & David Onion and Pepper Jelly over FF Philly Cream Cheese. Also like a good Port Wine Cheesball or spread...

I need to try this. Pepper jelly is soooo good. Someone brought some to work a few years ago and most of us were scared to try it at first, but we all ended up loving it!

It is a standard to set out whenever I have people over for anything and 1 jar, brick and box are NEVER enough... It is GO-OD!!!
