Default Bread, rice or pasta?
This question came up at dinner. I thought it would be fun to get all of your opinions.

If you could only eat one of those for the rest of your life what would you choose, bread, rice or pasta?

I would choose pasta hands down. No one at dinner agreed with me though!

It's hard for me to choose between bread and rice, but probably bread

Quinoa is the only answer. It is the only pasta/grain that is a complete protein.

Cook Q like you would rice. Same proportions of water. Same cooking time.

Q is best cooked with flavored broth.

I like to cook Q with broth and then add diced cooked chicken breast, pine nuts, and golden raisins before serving. Yum!

I can't choose; I love them all ...and that's why my low carb diet ended. Damn, I wish I hated these things, 'cuz that cutting carbs worked.
