I order whatever I want regardless of the level of dining. I am probably more likely to order an appetizer and/or dessert in a nicer restaurant, but that's because I go to those places to have a nice leisurely meal.

It's totally up to you and I don't think you're expected to order a certain amount at all (as long as you at least get an entree).

I order what I want - lately the bf and I have been splitting 1 entree and one app.

There is just too much food these days! No wonder so many folks overweight in this country.
