The only time I have shark is in shark fin soup. I sort of have moral qualms about it but I only have it once a year.

^ Me too! Shark fin soup is the only thing shark I eat. It's kinda expensive though, and yeah I face a little moral dilemma when eating it, but we normally only eat during special occasions-once a year, or maybe once every 2 years.

I bought shark steaks when I first got married (nineteen years ago). We didn't like it. I tossed it in our apartment dumpster and we could smell it all around the apartment complex until the trash was picked up. It smelled like something died in there. I have not tried it since.

I've eaten shark steaks, not a huge fan (found it a bit tough/dry), maybe I'd add a lot of olive oil and lemon, S&P if I were to cook it myself...

LOVE sharks fin soup though!!!

Shark's fin soup is common where I am, but I have stopped eating it for a couple of years now. Ethical reasons, but I sure get a lotta looks during dinner when I don't take it. But I don't care
