I've had shark fin soup occasionally ( usually at some event like a wedding) and it's one of my favorites !

I like shark fin soup, but It has to been over 10 years since I ate it last. I never order it any more. Thats one thing that should be taken away from the menu along with Foie gras

Yes, I've had it once at a formal dinner and liked it a lot, but I love fish in general. I found myself questioning the ethical issues a little too obsessively after that dinner, so I never had it again... I just can't see feeling that bad again over eating fish. I save that level of guilt for ice cream!
