Question Your thoughts on Ice.com?
Has anyone bought anything from Ice.com? If so, what is your experience? They have a lot of nice things and they are low in price which in my head don't add up. Where's the catch? Please tell me

I own a few things from that site.

I find that the diamonds are small.. and not the greatest quality. With that said.. I would still buy from them again. I like the free shipping..and payment plan.

I got my wedding band from them and I love it. It's not the sparkliest but it's still nice. Love the free shipping, return policy and their packaging.

haven't bought from there before but looking at the quality listed for their diamonds, it's not the best at the quality and colors of I and H....

the other gemstones would look great as cocktail rings tho
and the payment plans sound awesome

I guess you get what you pay for. They seem great if you want a big variety of jewellery

Diamonds are misleading and tiny, the ring I got was very small in presentation, I have to wear it with other rings on the same finger.

I have bought a ring for my mom. It was red spinel in gold. It was packaged well and the quality was pretty good, but the sizing was off. There was also a rough spot where the gold had not been smoothed/completed (?) in the band. I ended up returning for her, but that was painless. She wants to buy it again, actually. I think we probably just got a dud. You can always find coupons for them too, which is nice.

I would call their quality "okay." I ordered a locket for my mother-in-law from ice.com years ago. I was satisfied; I got what I expected. The locket was of average quality. (I could have gone to Kay or Reeds in a mall, but I got a better price at ice.com.) I was not blown away by the packaging...Not that packaging is supposed to matter, but I just remember thinking, there's nothing fancy about them. They're pretty basic/average, IMO. Still, if you need something basic at a great price, they're worth a try.
