William Travis Jewelry in Chapel Hill?

Has anyone had any dealings or purchased any pieces from this jeweler? I have been on the lookout for a specific piece and a friend of mine recommended this jeweler, knowing he has created something similar in the past.

I'm not from Chapel Hill, nor am I anywhere near it, but I am planning on being sort of close to that area within the next few weeks. I just wondered if anyone here had anything good or bad to say about the work, quality, etc, because it really will affect my travel plans one way or the other.
