There are quite a few on Ebay and they are less expensive than the plain Cartier watches. Do you know about their quality?

I asked about them the other day at the store. They are plated in gold, not real good. That's why they are cheaper.

That'w right, I do recall seeing the gold plating listed in the auctions. I guess that wouldn't bother me too much as I was thinking of getting an all stainless Cartier anyway.

Yup, they are gold plated but I have had one for more than 15 years and it still looks great...no rubbing off of the gold. I also have a regular Cartier for almost as long and they have both worn extremely well.

i have one, it looks great. but yes, it is vermeil...not solid gold.
mine is quartz, not sure if they make automatic. |

i actually love the must de cartier, its like a piece of history, wasnt it like its best selling one? or rated the prettiest that they had offered, I cant really recall right now what it was but it had a nice title!
