When I picked up my pieces over the weekend my SA told me they will be doing free cleaning again in October.

im in toronto too! and it was free until recently!
i took mine in every yr to get it cleaned

i took all my pieces in thinking it was still free and left with a huge bill!
u need to leave it there for at least 4 hrs and it comes back sparkling clean & looks new! newer than their old cleaning...

The Tiffany I go to does cleaning, battery replacement, and ring resizing for free.. I had no idea it wasn't free at other stores
