Default Tiffany necklace needs repair,it was gift no receipt?
I have Paloma Picasso® Loving Heart pendant, small. Sterling silver, on a 16" chain and it broke. I wanted to know if I need a receipt for the repair and if they would charge me to repair or get a new chain?

YEARS ago, I broke my EP open heart necklace the first week I got it. I actually threw away the Tiffany chain and bought a boutique sterling silver chain (looking back, I'm sure some of my classmates thought I was wearing a bad fake... haha). I took my necklace in for polishing and was told that they would polish the heart but not the chain. When I explained that the chain broke, yadda yadda yadda... they polished my pendant for free and gave me a new chain!

They shouldn't charge you for the repair :)

You don't need the receipt to request servicing.
