Tag Heuer watch - prices in Europe - I need help

I have been looking at watches for a while. I have finally decided that I want a Tag Heuer watch in SS with some diamonds.

First I thought of the mop Link with diamond bezel, but when I tried it on the Link didn't really feel right.

After trying several I set my eyes on the Aquaracer mop with diamond-set hands http://www.tagheuer.com/the-collecti...WAF141G.BA0813
BUT - prices in the Scandinavian country I live in are ridiculous.
Retail/list price on the aquaracer above is about 3500 US dollars / 2600 euro. I could get it on sale for about 2700 US dollars / 2000 euro today and tomorrow.

I said that I'll take the watch for 2300 US dollars / 1700 euro, but they weren't interested.

Could someone please tell me what a reasonably price for this watch would be?
A search on different websites gives the impression that US list price is about 2700 dollars. Jomashop's price is about 1700 US dollars, but then I will have to pay 25% tax ++ when it comes here. I don't think that I really trust Jomashop, so I'm a bit reluctant to try that.

Please help me! I really want a new watch, but I don't want to pay more than I have to.



Also the SA in the shop told me that Tag Heuer make the authorized shops sign strict agreements, which among other states the lowest price they can sell the watches for. Allegedly they get fines for selling watches at too low prices. That sounds a bit strange to me.

Go to switzerland ! They are swiss watches , so cheaper in their country.
2000 euro is waaaaay too much , they overprice ! a tagheuer with diamonds ( Link , Aquaracer , Formula One )
The range is between 1400- 2000 euro for the most expensive ( new formula ones , gold ... etc.. )

I've bought successfully from Jomashop before... Here you can usually buy a watch for 20-25% off retail.
