I just got the midsize stainless/white gold with black mother of pearl and diamond markers and I love it!! Rolex won't switch dials for mop or switch out mop dials because they are too delicate when they swith them...they don't want them to crack. It is a beautiful dial and has so many colors within it... the diamonds really pop off of the darker mother of pearl
