Default rolex watch for me (21 f)
Do you think a rolex watch would be ok for a 21 year old female? I am not sure what its called, (i think datejust jubilee). Its a watch that has silver on the outside of the band and gold in the middle. I have seen it before and I think it looks georgeous. Problem is, I have never seen the younger crowd wearing it. Is this watch only geared toward late ages?\

What a great looking watch! Is it ok for younger people though???

If you can afford a Rolex at 21 and love it I see nothing wrong with getting it. It's a classic style you'd be able to use the rest of your life.

I have seen people in their 20s wearing rolex, my sister in law is in her late 20s and wears her rolex every single day. I think if you can afford it and like it then go for it.

I think that if you can afford it, go for it! It's a classic watch that you'll be able to wear in your 20's as well as when you're in the "late ages".

I know quite a few people in their 20's who have a Rolex. A few of my friends have this same two tone diamond dial style! It's a true classic and it will still be perfect years from now. I am 26 and bought my Rolex when I was 25. I have the 18k white gold/stainless MOP diamond dial with the jubilee bracelet and fluted bezel. I now want some 18k yellow gold in there so I'm trading in for two tone, which is the same style you have pictured except with MOP dial instead of what look like a silver dial in your pics.

As everyone else said, it's a real classic for any age, especially if you can afford it! Enjoy!

Personally, I would do all stainless steel. I think the 2-tone Rolex is a very old-school (mature) look. I would feel like I was wearing my mom's watch. The stainless steel is a hipper look for a watch that hasn't changed in decades.

I've been wearing mine since i was about 22, but not on a daily basis. I wear an Omega for work and such and I'll brimng out the rolex for nice events or just weekends.

I think it is fine if YOU like it and feel comfortable wearing it. I don't think 2-tone looks old, I have a non-Rolex 2-tone watch I love wearing b/c it goes with all of my jewelry.

I agree with how the stainless steel & gold looks slightly ageing, I think my grandfather has a watch like that!!

I mean, if you can afford a Rolex, I'd have a look at Patek Phillipe too! You might fancy some of the watches from that collection for around the same price.

I definitely think a Rolex is appropriate at any age if you can afford it. I agree with the comment that the all stainless looks a little more modern to me. Either way, it's a Rolex! LOL!

I personally think 2-tone is a bit more classic while all white is slightly more modern.

If you can afford it comfortably, go for it! These days, anything goes with regard to luxury products. (look at the Chanel forum with the teenagers who have a collection of 2K bags!)

I think that the 2-tone look is gorgeous but I associate it with its heyday in the 80's and early 90's. Either all stainless-steel, or all-gold is the way to go for a more current look!
