oh wow tweetie, your hubbie has great taste. it reminds me of a comfort band that my boyfriend and me were browsing through and trying on when we were looking for our promise rings. but he never got a comfort band and opted for something else.

Here's my precious baby that i received from my bf on our one year anniversary together. i've had it for almost 3 years now (our 4 year is coming up soon). it still blows my breath away everytime i look at it, and it always will.
it's a 1 cttw 3 stoned diamond ring.

Same. We're approaching our 2 year and the boy has yet to get me a piece of jewelry save for a non-precious fashion necklace.

Then again, he doesn't really get me stuff. sighhhh.

I don't want to ask for one because then it's not his true feelings but I don't know if he would even think of such things himself!

I pointed out a ring to my BF that I really liked and he surprised me with it for Christmas... afterwards we talked about the significance of it and we decided together that it was kind of like a promise ring and that I would wear it on my left hand....

So maybe drop hints...?!

Yeah, my best friend wears hers on her left hand. It's such a gorgeous ring, like an eternity band, but not...it's beautiful. I need to ask her BF how much he paid for it.

Here's mine!

The bf gave it to me for Christmas 2004. It's white gold, pave diamonds. Our 4 year anni is this year.

I also have the Elsa Peretti Tiffany Diamond band ring (posted earlier) from the ex. I still have it, but never wear it..

When I first met my husband Gary, he was two years older than me. We met at school when I was 13 and he was 14 coming up 15. I had known him all my life as he went to my pre-school and primary school.
I started to REALLY like him and he started to REALLY like me, the only thing was he had a girlfriend who was my sisters best friend. But him and Robyn were actually not very happy together as he was very interested in sports and football and she was interested in art and opening her on business. So I told my sister (Alison) that I really liked him and she was like yeah him and Robyn aren't the happiest together and they would end up splitting up. So he ended up dumping Robyn and going out with me (Robyn was fine with this.) For out 1 year anni, he bought me a Promise ring. He wanted me to promise that I would never go out with another boy and would stay in love with him! 12 years on and we are married and very happy. The only thing was the first promise ring he gave me I had to stop wearing, as it stopped fitting me :(.
My new one is on order as he bought me it for our 12th knowing eachother and 4th anni
