Rolex, I don't like the BB, I do love the Roadster as I have one myself!

I love the Ballon Bleu......different from the Rolex. Nice and clean. Rolexes are all over the place and much-copied, whereas the Ballon Bleu is more distinctive.

I'm divided between the two so I do empathise with you that it is a dilemma to choose between the two. Somehow I feel that Cartier Ballon is more unique and definitely stands out from a sea of Rolexes. But then the rosegold Rolex looks sharper. OK for 'value for money', I'll go for the Rolex.

I would choose the rolex over the cartier bb but I definitely would choose the roadster if it was in the running.

I love the Rolex for an everyday watch since it has the day of the month (comes in handy when writing checks) and the second hand (timing something)...it is also waterproof/resistant which is so nice!

I like the look of the Cartier BB. Very clean and sophisticated. It's not as common and very easy to wear both casually and more dressed up.
