I dont know if this is in the right place or not, If not please move it to the right place...

I recently purchased a Roberto Coin Necklace from Park Promendae and the SA there was WONDERFUL the best EVER! I want to write a thank you letter or a compliment letter to her or her manager or even corperate but I have NO IDEA who to write the letter to or where to send it. I have never had such great service and I would like to do the very best thing I can do for her. Please HELP! Thanks Ladies =)

Writing a letter to her manager is a great idea! Positive feedback from customers is really appreciated at retail stores. Here's my advice:
- look up the address of the store
- if you can find the manager's name online, great, otherwise call the store and ask someone
- Keep it short and to the point: let them know who helped you, when you were in the store, and why the SA was so great. It doesn't need to be more than a short note, a paragraph will do fine.
