Bex just go into Tiffany's and ask to see both of the chains in WG and Platinum, try them on and see how you feel. Or if you can't get to a Tiffany's just go into any jewelry store and ask to see a chain in both metals. Whichever one you choose it will be fabulous!!

Btw, I prefer my rings platinum, but my necklaces, earrings and tennis bracelet are in wg. Though I don't wear the necklaces every day..

Could get a bigger carat weight having it made in white gold as opposed to platinum I think. Platinum tennis bracelets are way more expensive then white gold.

Platinum ist the purest (and most expensive) of all metals. For diamonds, if you can afford it, it is HANDS DOWN, the best & preferred metal.

Which is more important - the gleaming chain along your flesh, or the diamonds just popping out?

I prefer platinum.

My diamond necklace is 18k WG. I wear it almost every day. It looks great and is not as heavy as platinum would be.

white gold is less expensive so if you are going by cost, then i would go that route...but honestly, i think platinum jewelery will last you for a lifetime. i would choose platinum.
