I know the round will be visibly yellower or "warmer" in the J color. I do not think you will see significant inclusions with the naked eye between the VS2 or SI2. I do not know enough about the other specs... tho overall it seems the round is closer to ideal cut.
What are the specs of your side stones? |

You might want to do some general reading about diamonds. cut, clarity, and color. Also maybe go look at some diamonds in person. A really good website for information is pricescope.com. G/L!

I'll post more in a bit, but I wouldn't have a J color center stone w/ H sides - they'll look like different colors. Also what are the certifications? GIA, EGL, etc. . .?

I think having a J stone between H stones would not be as attractive as having a F stone between H... you want the center stone to be as bright or brighter than your side stones.
Once I put my G stone next to my sister's D stone and my G stone suddenly looked significantly yellower. Looking at them apart, you probably couldn't tell the difference but side by side, huge color difference. |

an you link the stone?
Here's my opinion, I'd slide up to an H or I color if this isn't a GIA stone. With only faint flourescence, IF this isn't a GIA stone you will very likely see some color. Flourescence is blue color that when in warmer stones can help them look more white. The girdle is the outermost edge of the stone, it's below the table - the table is the very top flat surface of the stone, the sides slope down to the girdle. |

ok, cool , thanks
![]() Are you trying to stay around $5k & 1crt for the center stone? If you're wanting to buy from Bluenile, I'd choose this one instead personally: http://www.bluenile.com/round-diamon...grading_report Cut is much better, one of the best in fact and so is the color. You shouldn't see any of the little inclusions or feathers, but you can call and ask about them.
