Another vote for Option 1. I think with the beauty of your gorgeous pink diamond, a pave diamond setting would really bring out the color and sparkle of your diamond.
Whatever design you choose, I think it would be ideal to keep the focus on your pink beauty which is what this Orchidee-like design would achieve.

Let us know which design you eventually choose and please share the final result!

I think option 1 would take away from the pink diamond because it's just too busy. Option 3 is pretty, but doesn't it have a row of tiny yellow diamonds that surround the larger yellow diamond in an attempt to make the center stone appear larger? I'm not really a fan of making a solitaire look larger by using clusters of smaller diamonds. Would you add a row of tiny white diamonds around the pink one?
I think that option 2 is pretty and you could do the gold that surrounds the pink diamond in rose gold (instead of the way it is pictured with yellow gold surrounding the yellow diamond).

vhdos, I believe we are on the same wavelength regarding options 2 and 3.
If I were to choose option 3 I would use colourless diamonds to halo the pink-not pink. I'm also not a fan of halos trying to make a stone look larger. I should look for a better example 3 stone.
#2 would definitely have a rose gold bezel around the pink diamond and add a surprise pink diamond on either side of the profile.

I like option 1, but you may not be able to wear it that often. So, my second bet is option 2. :)

Your pink diamond is absolutely stunning and I can't help but feel that the halo setting (like the one in option 3), would take away from the center stone. 2 would look so lovely with that little bit of rose gold...
