I'm not really a fan of making a solitaire look larger by using clusters of smaller diamonds. Would you add a row of tiny white diamonds around the pink one?
I think that option 2 is pretty and you could do the gold that surrounds the pink diamond in rose gold (instead of the way it is pictured with yellow gold surrounding the yellow diamond).

vhdos, I believe we are on the same wavelength regarding options 2 and 3.

If I were to choose option 3 I would use colourless diamonds to halo the pink-not pink. I'm also not a fan of halos trying to make a stone look larger. I should look for a better example 3 stone.
#2 would definitely have a rose gold bezel around the pink diamond and add a surprise pink diamond on either side of the profile.
