I'm not a huge heart fan, but I saw these on tv. They are cute. I wish they would have done just the design pictured above in sterling w/o diamonds. They have a pendant that is similar, but not the open design in sterling (pretty reasonable price too). I like the open feel it has.

They sell them at Kay Jewlers. I like the designs. Very pretty.

I would buy the painting, not the jewelry. I think it looks like a snake and didn't translate very well because they decided to use diamonds.

If it were to lay flatter, it might have worked better.

I finally got myself one of these necklaces and thought I'd post a modeling shot in case anyone is interested. I have the white gold .25ct one. I tried on several of the larger sized ones as well, but liked the way this one looked on best.

Thanks ladies. :) I saw the new silver open hearts when I was at the store as well. They have diamonds in silver in addition to the plain silver ones, but the quality of the diamonds are not as good as they are in the gold versions. They had a really lovely angel open heart pendant, but the diamonds on the one the store had did not look that good to me.
