I have a wedding band with 14 marquise diamonds, each is 0.2 ct
I don't wear it so i would like to re-set the diamonds to have a nice pair of earrings... I don't want long chandlier style, just something simple ( like studs )... Any ideas and pics would be appreciated.. TIA

Here are some ideas:
![]() ![]() Or what about inside out hoops, that are kind of square-ish due to the shape of your stones. I've never seen a pair, but I am sure it could be done w/ a line of the stones going up and down and then around. |

Elizat, thanx for the pics... Loved the first one and the idea of hoops
Do you have a pic for the hoops ? I just saw this idea ( They are called earring jacket ) ![]() I have nice big diamond studs so I think this would be way too much for them ![]()

For the inside out hoops, look at these:
![]() You could do the marquise stones up and down, rather than set to the side. You could theoretically stop the line of stones like these earrings too, and still have a traditional round shape. With the number of stones you have, you may end up doing a larger or smaller hoop for the "inner" hoop. I like the earring jackets too. What about a small-ish pair of studs in a colored gem, like sapphire or even garnet? That would be pretty. |

Wow TRANSCENDENt1
These earrings are stunning... Now I am confused between them and those suggested by Elizat ![]() I guess I have to ask the jeweler which ones are suitable for my stones size, mine are 0.2 each so not which style will work out |
