i need your advice, ladies (and gentlemen!) i just received a gorgeous ascher cut eternity band from my husband for my 40th (8 ct. tw). here is the issue: he will also be getting me another gift in the fall: either the love bracelet in yg or i can re-set a diamond ring that my mother gave me. it is approx. 4 ct. oval. i would like to re-set it in a micro-pave setting. any thoughts on which one i should choose??

Can you post a picture of the current setting of the 4ct Oval? I think that would help.

it is a simple setting with sapphire trillions on either side. it really is not me and i def will reset it at some point. i just don't know whether i should continue with this ring thing or move on with a bracelet. i also am not sure about wearing the same bracelet every day.

That must be one impressive eternity. Pics please!
Anyway, personally I'd go for the ring reset. I know there are a lot of fans of the Love bracelet around here, but the idea of it makes me claustrophobic! |

Congrats on your new ring! I can't wait to see pic's!
I would have the ring reset. (can't wait to see before and after shots as well if that is what you choose to do!) I am not keen on the love bracelets myself. |
