Oops...I re-read my reply and understand why you are confused! Sorry!

I meant let the Centre Sapphire stay as it is, and not smaller (hence "on it's own"), but I do prefer how it looks with the Eternity Band! More Blingy!

ARGH! I'm becoming my Dad...I expect everyone to understand my mumbling!

Har har, sorry, i think i confused u with the size of the ring versus size of the sapphire. cos i am wearing the sapphire on my middle finger, and if i wanna put it on top of my eternity band i have to make the ring smaller. Its my fault!

So okay, ur sentiments echo mine. anyone else agrees?

My grandfather gave me this diamond tennis bracelet several years ago. It's white gold, with princess cut diamonds. It's the most important piece to me sentimentally, aside from my engagement ring (the blue diamond!).

These are my favorite rotation of necklaces.

The medallion, bubble necklace, and flower string are all diamonds and white gold. The large pink stone is pink topaz with pave zirconias, and the last necklace to the left is diamonds, amethyst, blue topaz, and pink sapphires.

My mother and I have matching birthstone rings (our birthdays are one day apart), so I bought us these aquamarine/diamond/wg rings.

Emerald cut aquamarine/wg/diamond ring that my mother bought me as a college graduation gift.

Yellow sapphire with pave zirconias. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this ring, but the band is so thin, I'm nervous to wear it.

And lastly, my engagement ring:

total carat weight is 1.5, set in platinum with two side trillion accent stones. It's a fancy blue diamond, and I'm beyond being in love with this ring :)

DearBuddha~ I absolutely love your engagement ring. I have never seen a blue in the asscher cut before and it is just TDF! That cut showcases the color to a tee.
I have always loved the various shades of blue. My mother has a greenish-blue colored diamond engagement ring and I have a sapphire.

You all have some amazing jewelry! Here are my most cherished pieces of jewelry:

Michele Deco Ultimate Pave watch. I received this from my husband for our 5 year wedding anniversary. I plan to get the stainless steel and diamond Glamour band to go with it. Also pictured is my diamond tennis bracelet, also received from DH as a gift.

Diamond stud earrings in platinum, I think they are four carats total. I can't remember for sure.

My 10 carat diamond tennis necklace, received this past Valentine's from my husband.

I tried getting a clear picture of my engagement and wedding rings but it didn't work out so well!

Stunning with a capital "S" ShelleyM!!!
That watch is insanely awesome!
please try again to show us your e-ring & band, we would love to see it!
Try using the "macro" setting on your camera when taking pics of jewelry. It comes out much clearer :)

i like the ring on your ring finger rather than the middle finger. i think it looks nice with the band and on it's own. i do think it is nicer looking on the ring finger. lovely either way.

ShelleyM , what size is that watch? It's beautiful. I just want to know if it is a huge watch, or if you are a teeny little thing with teeny little wrists!!

figured since i was posting pics, i'd put up my 3 stone ring too - had this one done custom with a low-profile setting (small hands )

pls excuse the disastrous state of my nails . . . . for some reason the manicure i got 3 weeks ago didn't agree with me, and i kid you not, i broke *every*single*nail* in the subsequent 2 weeks
