Default horrible experience...turned good!
Sorry this is sooo long!

So I have been on the hunt for a watch I could wear every day! And I couldnt find anything....so one day hubby and I went to Bloomingdales and walked around and looked at all of the watches.

I came across the Toy Watches....WOW I was so excited to I purchased the Black Plasteramic watch. They were doing the friends and family 20 percent off so I had to wait to pick it up. We went last sunday and I couldnt pick it up until this past thursday. So we go and pick it up and I ask to get links taken out...the SA was soooo rude and said she couldnt do it and it wasnt her problem. So I nicely asked if someone could take out the links, she finally found someone and they took out the links (after she was banging the watch on the counter, i checked to make sure it was fine and it turned out ok). So we leave and go to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner (yummmmmy!) While dinner I notice my watch has stopped working . So after dinner we head back to Bloomingdales and the SA working said she cant do anything and I would have to come back the next day to talk to the manager. So friday we head back down to the mall and I find the manager. She says the battery is probally bad and to go to this place in the mall and have my battery changed and they will reimburst me. So we go to this place and we wait 35 mins for them to change my battery and we head back down to Bloomingdales. As soon as we get to the counter I notice its not working again. The manager was really nice and helpful and suggested I return the watch and she can order me a new one....So I say ok. While she I doing the return Im looking around the counter and I see a really really nice Michael Kors watch! So I ended up exchanging the Toy Watch for a really nice Michael Kors!!!

So it all worked out! The Manager was saying that ever since Oprah did that show about the Toy Watch they became so popular that they are having problems with the watches because the demand is so high.

Ill take pics tonight when im done work...here is an online pic!

wow, your so patient. I would have walked out and given the sale to someone elsewhere!
The MK watch is a beauty though.

Cute- glad it worked out. Those Toy watches exploded after Oprah featured them!
