seriously! 6 weeks tomorrow! I have never waited longer than 3 weeks for anything from SP. they must have been backed up. He did say they had issues getting the stones in--I requested H&A if possible. I am anxious to see it!

It has to go back. I cannot even see through tears. They make me wait 6 effing weeks and there are 2 VERY LOOSE STONES. SEriously? I cannot even friggin wear it!

Agreed. They will have a NASTY email in the morning, and I will call them the moment they open. I am angry I spent so much money overnighting the damn thing, and now it has to go back and I am sure I will have to wait another damn month for them to get to it.

I am so sorry it has to go back! I opened this thread with excitement...but if it makes you feel better my engagement ring was a surprise and the night I got it I realized the stone was lose! Then, on the plane on our way to the honeymoon after the wedding I realized the band had one lose stone! grrr so yes, they had to fix both! but you have all the right to be angry!

I'm so sorry. I know how that feels when you order something and are so excited waiting for it to arrive but when you get it it's broken or not at all what you expected. Get on the phone with them & hopefully they'll expedite your ring after all this trouble.

My original ones were just as bad. One damn thing after another.

I had hinged SO many unrealistic and irrational things on this one ring. THis was starting to be closure on this whole damn robbery. I have not actually slept since it happened and I had hoped having one of the two rings replaced and right would be helpful.

Ering so far has only been just finding the right stone. And I hope that goes well too.

I actually was SOBBING about this earlier. I am going to be on the phone with them in the morning. I sent an email and left a voicemail but that's not going to help if no one is there. But I am hoping this gets resolved fast. I am not waiting another 6 damn weeks for this to be done right.
