I am a huge Yurman fan and I have purchased pieces from my local jewelry boutique (not a Yurman boutique but a high end boutique carrying Yurman) and from Saks. DY.com has a product that I want that Saks doesn't have (nor does my boutique) so I made my first purchase on DY.com and bought it. The item was available but by the time I placed my order, it was on backordered and due to be available on 5/8. Since I ordered it, 5/8 turned to 5/18, which turned to 5/22 which turned to 5/25. DY NEVER sent me an e-mail. I had to see it on their website and then call to check on the status of my order each time. They continued to promise me that they would e-mail me if the backorder date got changed but you guessed it, they never did. I call and get different answers from different people each time b/c it is a call center that works with MANY designers and they do not work for DY. They field questions from 30 different websites. I am SO close to cancelling my order and telling them where to shove it. I have always loved DY jewelry but their CS sucks! Just a warning for anyone thinking about buying a backordered product from DY. I know I will never again!

There is a necklace I want on the site. It keeps getting pushed back for shipping. Today i saw it said it wasnt going to be avaliable ever. LOL. so I called a store and they have it. Do you have a dy store near you/ If not they ship too.

God, i wish I had a store near me but the closest is a 7 hour drive away. Let me guess, you want the diamond letter necklace too? They are totally jerking me around. I am close to cancelling the order & saying screw it.

So I was notified today that the necklace is backordered indifinately w/ no estimated ship date so I cancelled my order. The sales girl at the DY store I called said the pendant was 1/3 the size of a dime!!! Sjunky-Have you seen it IRL? Did you think it was that small?

I'm so sorry this is happening to you--what TERRIBLE customer service!!
I'm fortunate that I have DY boutiques near me, but I did order one piece by phone from and SA that I like in LV and it arrived very quickly. |

yeah, ordering over the phone from an actual store seems to be the way to go. I will never attempt to shop DY.com again. Rediculous.

No.I want the 40 inch bijoux necklace. it has black beads, pearls and crystalbeads in silver. You can order from a store and have them ship it. or try neiman marcus.com and see if they have it or a retailer. GL. sorry the cs suck! Its hard to get good help. I must say the DY store in King of Prussia the sa's are the BEST. Use Claudia, she is the niceest and most helpfull sa ever!!!!

Fashion16, the letter necklace is really that small. I saw them in the Orlando store about 2 weeks ago. I personally like dainty jewelry but if you're looking for something large, these aren't the way to go.
I believe the Orlando store (or any DY for that matter) will ship out items they have in store. That might be a better choice than trying to go through the website. |

I called the Austin TX store and spoke to a SA that was super nice. I did a charge send and she sent it overnight for FREE because of all of the hassle I went through with the website !!! I got the necklace and I love it!
