butterfly and cates, thanks so much! i really love it... i tend to make things up in my head and then go out and try and find them, apparently his jewelry wasn't completely understanding what he wanted and they had to make the band 3 different times until it was right

i just stumbled across this thread and had several failed attempts at photographing mine! anyway, this is my engagement ring. It's 3-stone emerald cut. yay! maybe tomorrow i can get my camera settings right so it is clearer... you ladies all have such beautiful rings!!
